One of the most valuable assets we offer you is our experience. Our professional, highly knowledgeable team is the source of our power to build.
Simply stated, we work differently. Our entire Red Top team contributes to your project success. Each team member is collaboratively involved from start to finish - proactively identifying potential issues or value engineering alternatives to achieve optimum results.
This results in our consistent, quality performance — a key reason general contractors and owners confidently depend on us.
In construction, excessive change orders create havoc. That's why we take pride in minimizing unnecessary change orders. Getting it right the first time is the way we strive to do business.
It happens as a result of our quality assurance mechanisms — our meticulous planning, diligent execution and detailed reviews of all existing systems before working on any project.
We're committed to the highest levels of safety from mobilization to closeout. Our method of procedure ensures that we safely perform every task start to finish.
We maintain a high standard of credentials — 100% of our electricians are state certified. We are OSHPD experienced, have security clearances and are certified to work in schools.
This means you can rely on our performance even in challenging environments such as clean rooms, infectious control or highly occupied areas.
Nothing can derail a project more than the unexpected along with its unforeseen costs and frustrating delays. Worse yet, an entire project can be thrown into jeopardy.
That's why the core of our success is built on our No Surprise Model. While all our projects have clearly defined, closely tracked milestones, we take it one step further. Each milestone is more than a snapshot of tasks completed. They are synchronization points where we carefully review each item's impact on key dependencies in the project's critical path.
This allows our team to quickly adjust to changing customer requirements or changes that materialize during the course of any project.
Our No Surprise approach virtually eliminates our customer's headaches. We manage all the problems so you don't have to.
